Bio:
Jonathan Sheeley is the founder of Sheeley Executive Consulting. After ten years of exploring and honing his skills in strategic planning, marketing, and leadership development, Jonathan decided to pursue his passion in helping small business owners do the same.
Jonathan witnessed the value of Storybranding by applying the principles in his role first as the Director of Recruitment and then as the Director of Communications for a private university. He hopes that the Business Made Simple framework will provide small business owners the support they need to grow and scale their businesses.
For five years Jonathan has benefited personally from pursuing the DoubleWin lifestyle taught at the FullFocus Co. When considering how to guide business owners in reclaiming and maintaining their company’s integrity, Jonathan realized—by allowing his personal experience to guide him—that FullFocus must be an integral part of his coaching. His passion is seeing leaders gain control of their time and effectiveness both on and off the clock.
When not supporting leaders in growing themselves and their businesses, Jonathan is pursing his own education in business leadership. An avid reader, he has a long to-read list that he is constantly chipping away at. (Check out his book recommendations and reviews here.) Jonathan is a devoted husband and father, and he spends as much time as possible playing with his kids, going for family walks, or taking advantage of Wisconsin’s beautiful golf courses.

Book Recommendation:
An absolutely mind-blowing resource! She dives into key aspects of leadership, showing how daring leadership differs from armored leadership and why we need a fresh definition of integrity. It’s about empathizing with others and using information to benefit them, not just ourselves.
