Bio:
Establishing Bodybuzz on the foundation of integrity and a whole lot of passion, I am a multi-certified personal trainer who enjoys every moment of giving back to others what they value the most – time, energy, and sustainable results. As the Director of Education and Technology driven to help others attain their unique versions of success via EMS, I bring with me an extensive 14+ year background involving (but not limited to) 1:1 and group personal training, rehabilitation, strength training, injury prevention, and the art of instilling positive mindset shifts. Even more, love being able to leverage that dynamicity to not just help others gain safer, effective workouts in half the time, but do so all while ensuring they feel confident and empowered as they navigate this reformative chapter of their lives.
As a native of France and Spain and spending a year in both Berlin and London before making NYC my home, I bring with me a strong cultural and polyglot background (fluent in Spanish, French, English, and German) in conjunction with higher education. To date, I hold a degree in Languages Applied to Business, a Master's in Management and Cross-Cultural Negotiations from The University of Bordeaux, France, and graduated from The American Academy of Personal Training in New York City in the top 5% of my class. More recently earned a Master’s in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University. In addition, earned ample certifications, including EMS training by XBody, Miha-Bodytec (Gluckerkolleg), E-Fit, and Wiemspro along with personal training certifications ACSM and NASM.
Over the last 14+ years, I've gained experience in the fitness and wellness industries, primarily working with people with diabetes, injuries, and other chronic conditions. Part of that stems from my years of working alongside various industry leaders and mentors, and part from my hunger to continue learning on my own.
That said, my client’s successes are my successes, I value progression, and every effort that I do revolves around seeing others exceed their own expectations. However, when I am not working, you can often find me being a lifelong learner who attends as many seminars, conferences, and fitness workshops as possible, plays sports (especially basketball), explores new coffee shops, and frequently travels to new places and cultures.
